Import & Logistic Superintendent
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Requirements:
Male/Female.
Bachelor Degree (S1) or D3 (Diploma) in any discipline of Economy / Management or other discipline, from a recognized university.


Other requirements:
Preferable to have worked in world class international companies.
Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Hard worker, honest, self motivated, ability to priorities work and can work under pressure.
Capability to achieve project schedule and working over time (if required).
Willingness to support all team members as a part of team work.
Has good initiative in developing new ideas.


Experience:
Having 3-5 years experience as an import & logistic Superintendent in multi national company, preferably in engineering, mining and construction & oil and gas companies.
Experience in managing the compliance of importation and tax procedures.
Familiar with Custom EDI systems and the customs clearance processing.
Experience and/or an understanding of custom rule and activities in throughout Indonesia.
Familiar with the shipping and logistics.
Familiar with the Master List BKPM & Oil and Gas.


Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle the importation & logistics activities.
Prepare & arrange the customs documents & handling the customs clearance processing relating for the importation of Duty paid, Temporary Admission, Master List (BKPM & Oil and Gas ).
Ensure, monitor and track the plant / materials delivery form/ to overseas and inform the status to site on daily basis.
Prepare & arrange the master list BKPM / Oil & Gas.
Handle the processing of import & export of personal effects of expatriate staff.
Perform other duties as requested.

Having experience in developing a preventive maintenance plan, PM schedules, maintenance procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for equipment used in the material facility
Having good knowledge of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) software used in maintenance
Excellent communication in both written and spoken English.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.

POSITION SYNOPSIS
We now seek team-orientated Area Engineers, with construction experience and a sound knowledge of project management procedures, to support Area Managers in controlling objectives, procedures, budgets and schedules within the proposed process plant. Reporting to the relevant Area Manager, you will liaise closely with the project team (engineering, cost controls, procurement, HSEC, etc), EPC contractors and engineering consultants to ensure ongoing synergy between all key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensuring quality assurance procedures and programmes are implemented and maintained;
Coordination of activities across all engineering disciplines, contracts, and procurement to facilitate successful achievement of project schedule and cost requirements
Ensure project system compliance for design review and engineering bills of material;
The development of project systems for the control the execution of construction activities
Successful achievement of project schedule and cost requirements;
Implementation of the monitoring process and procedures for forecasting and trending of cost and schedule; and
Reporting and presentations to management as required.

This is a Jakarta-based position with some travel to site required.
