Mining HSE Manager
Responsibilities:
• Previous experience in a similar role preferably in multinational companies with multi sties. 10 years + total working experiences in mining,
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent in Health, Safety & Environment Engineering,
• Formaltralning in Safety and Risk Management, internal audit and familiar with the Behavior Based Safety concept,
• Good communications and presentation skills including report writing skills,
• Able to travel to projects/sites,
• Work extended hours meet section deadlines and emergency situations.
• Also required is the experience and capability to manage safety initiatives at various project sites in Kalimantan
Requirements:
• Hold S1 Degree in Environmental Engineering or related with minimum GPA 2.75 in related discipline is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in oil & gas or mining industry.
• Extensive experiences in Environmental Management System, AMDAL, Hazardous Material & Waste Handling. Conservation of Resources, Risk Management.
• Understanding and able to apply local, national and international legislation and regulation. Experience in inspection, audit, reporting (such as ISO 14001 audit), land rehabilitation, GHG, and of spill response Proactive and have can do and strive for excellence attitude
• Must be strong to environmental guidelines, good presentation and leadership.
• Strong experience on PHSER, HAZOP and Environmental screening related to oil & gas industry.
Senior Mine Engineer
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mining) or equivalent.
• Required sill(s): Mine progress evaluation, Mine operational, Statistical production data process.

Basic Function:
The Belanak Facility Engineer is an office based position with primary responsibility to provide process and project support to Engineering and Operations to maximize performance of the Belanak FPSO, WHP A & B and LPG FSO.
Qualification & Experience:
• Engineering degree from recognized university or institution preferable in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Have 3-8 years experience in oil and gas industry or petrochemical plant preferably in process engineering or process project planning and execution.
• Ability to diagnose process problems in oil/water/gas separation, gas treatment and fractionation, heat exchangers, gas compressors, pumps, controls, etc.
• Ability to model complex process using software such as HYSIS.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill to interact with diverse work force, vendors and organizations.
• Able to supervise skilled contractors in small project execution.
