Job Description
- University degree with geology background
- Having at least 10 years experience in a similar job at minimum
- English literacy
- To liaise with BPMIGAS, MIGAS and other Governmental institutions to smoothen exploration administrative related applications or discussions, and to build good relationship
- To plan and implement education programs for Exploration Staff
Requirements:
- To conduct operational work related to exploration administrative matters (e.g. bidding, corresponding to sub contractor or BPMIGAS/MIGAS, budgeting, check invoice, etc.
- To construct and maintain Exploration data base
- To collect and compile data or information related to Indonesia upstream and other area if requested to evaluate new ventures

SPECIALIST SALES ACCOUNTING (Code: SSA)
Based in Jakarta. This is a staff position reporting to Superintendent Sales Administration. He/she is responsible for preparing and collating sales documentation necessary for timely collection of Arutmin’s revenue. He/she is also responsible reviewing incoming invoices and providing input into Marketing information and accounting system.
Specific Requirements:
* S-1 degree in Engineering or Business or law or related disciplines from reputable university.
* Possess good knowledge in accounting.
* Knowledge and understanding of basic coal quality.
* Extensive experience and proven skill in coal quality management.
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).
General Requirements:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, ideally in both English and Indonesian to liaise with internal/external contacts.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Capable to work in minimum supervision, willing to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity, dedicated, and team work oriented.
* Have a high commitment to PTAI standards in environment, safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
SHIPPING ADMIN COORDINATOR (Code: SAC)
Based in Jakarta. This is a staff position reporting to Superintendent Sales Administration. He/she is responsible for communicating and transacting with Coal Terminal Dept. and other related departments to ensure the smooth loading vessel and all documentation produced strictly in accordance with contractual requirement.
Specific Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in related disciplines from reputable university with minimal 5 years of experience in shipping / administration work.
* Possess a high level of business writing skills and public relations knowledge (in English and Indonesian).
* Possess good knowledge in basic contract management.
* Possess good knowledge in safety.
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Pw Point).
General Requirements:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
