Engineering Supervisors
1. INSTRUMENT/ELECTRICAL SUPERVISORS
Qualification & Experience
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Industrial Measurement and Control or an Electrical discipline, with at least 10-15 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry either onshore or offshore. The position is a maintenance Supervisor position and the candidate shall have a wealth of experience in planned and unplanned maintenance. The ability to fault find and diagnose faults air equipment and support subordinates is essential. For candidates with an Electrical background the experience shall cover a wide range of electrical equipment inclusive of generation and distribution at both HV and LV, Static UPS systems, motors both AC and DC, Electrical protection and Inspection and associated Electrical control systems and a solid background in Electrical safety is required and the candidate must have held a certificate/qualification in recent employment to formally isolate and de-isolate electrical equipment. For candidates with Instrumentation background the experience shall cover the full variety of field instrumentation and knowledge on Instrumentation systems is desirable. The candidate will lead a team of both staff and contractors. Preference is for supervisors with both instrumentation and Electrical skills, but candidates with one of the skill will also be considered.
2. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should have at least a Mechanical Diploma or equivalent with at least 10-15 years either onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil & Gas Industry for Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment (columns, vessels, valves ect), Heat Transfer Equipment (Furnaces, Heat Exchangers ect.), Mechanical Protection devices (Relief Valves, Bursting Disc s ect) is required. Field experience shall include planned routine maintenance and unplanned maintenance in the form of trouble shooting, failure analysis and problem solving. Experience in Condition Monitoring, Inspection/Testing of mechanical equipment is highly desirable.
3. MAINTENANCE PLANNER/SCHEDULER
Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should have a Diploma in an engineering discipline with 10-15 years experience in Petrochemical industry covering maintenance work preparation activities and/or shutdown preparation. The application of risk and reliability centered maintenance techniques; inspection and best practice maintenance execution would be advantageous. Exposure to quality management systems is required. A working knowledge of the Primavera Planning/scheduling software would be advantageous.
Shift Supervisors
A. SHIFT SUPERVISORS (PROCESS)
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 10 - 15 years operational experience in a gas plant, refinery or chemical plant.
• Have a proven track record as a shift supervisor and senior panel member, backed up by working experience in some of the main processes of o GTL or large petrochemical plant, or an offshore production facility, or a gas treatment plant.

It is required for the candidate to have knowledge of and experience with a wide variety of field instrumentation.
This shall include planned routine maintenance and unplanned maintenance in the form of troubleshooting, failure analysis and problem solving. Experience with field instrumentation interfacing with DCS, IPS and other PLC type systems is considered desirable.
b. Instrumentation QMI Technicians
Qualification and Experience :
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Industrial Measurement and Control or other associated subject within the field of instrumentation, with at least 8-10 years experience either on onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil and Gas Industry. It is required for the candidate to have knowledge of the analytical measurement principles used and experience as Process Analyser Technician with field process analysers and laboratory analytical equipment for the measurement of physical and chemical properties. Knowledge and experience of toxic and flammable gas detection equipment is also required. Experience with the latest methodologies for Fiscal Metering Systems is considered desirable.
c. Instrumentation OCS and PS Technicians
Qualification and Experience:
The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Industrial Measurement and Control or other associated subject within the field of instrumentation, with at least 8-10 years experience either on onshore or offshore facilities of the Oil and Gas industry. It is required for the candidate to have knowledge of and experience with either Distributed Control System or IPS (PLC type safeguarding system) maintenance including diagnostic display analysis and understanding. It is considered beneficial where candidates have configuration and system management experience. Experience with Honeywell systems is considered desirable.

A fast growing OIL & Gas Company is looking for a candidate to fill in the following position:
ORACLE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Requirement:
• Good analytical & problem solving skills
• Should have basic accounting knowledge
• Fluent in both Indonesian & English
• Good team player
• Good attitude
• Should be able to translate user requirements to solutions in Oracle
• Should have good knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, & Oracle reports
• Should be able to build new reports or modify existing reports
• Should be able to identify / fix PLSQL programs
• Graduate in information technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle
• In depth knowledge of modules GL, AP, FA, CM both technical and functional
• Knowledge of PO and Inventory modules will be an advantage.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Offshore platform, subsea pipeline project experience is necessary.
PDMS ability is mandatory.
10 (ten) years working experience in oil and gas Offshore Piping Design.
At least 3 (three) years working experience as Piping Lead Designer, and working independently in this area.
This is a contract position.

Pipeline Integrity Engineer
Qualification & Experience:
• The job requires a person with an engineering degree (S1) preferably in Mechanical, Structural, Marine, or Metallurgy Engineering and at least 10 years experience in engineering / operations or inspection experience within the oil and gas industry. A strong knowledge of inspection management is necessary.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and practices is essential. Knowledge of the various construction and maintenance codes and standards is very desirable.
• A good understanding of all aspects of the petrochemical industry from field acquisition through exploration, field development, engineering, manufacture, construction, operations, distribution and sales will be beneficial.
• The role requires good spoken and written English as well as the ability to work in a multinational environment both offshore and onshore.
• In addition to strong technical competency, the job requires leadership, management and communication skills to coordinate cross discipline personnel and liaise with other divisions including infrastructure and new.
Basic Purpose:
• The purpose of the Pipeline Integrity & Inspection Engineer is to ensure the technical integrity of the pipeline system (onshore and offshore), sub-sea system i.e. PLEMs, SPM, risers etc. and related facilities are managed properly and ensure that all quality-related activities are consistent with company and industry standards, codes, and regulations.

1. QA/QC Compliance Advisor
Purpose of Position:
Ø To develop and maintain MB Century Quality System and facilitate Quality Assurance activities.
Ø To develop, establish and administer of effective systems, practices and procedures for the control and improvement of quality.
Ø To carry out Business Development and Client Relations.
Ø To assist on the Contract Management and monitoring the Tender/Project status.
Ø To assist on the Administration and supporting Management related to the QA/QC aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø To develop a Quality Assurance System to ensure that Rig Certification and Company recognized suppliers and their Quality Assurance System Certification are documented and recorded.
Ø To design and implement Quality Control procedures.
Ø To develop systems for monitoring quality performance, regularly reviewing targets and take necessary steps to ensure continuing improvement.
Ø To plan and conduct the Quality Management System Audit Program and provide reports to the Management.
Ø To review the MB Century Quality System regularly and recommend changes so that it focuses on customer need and expectations.
Ø To achieve and maintain Certification to ISO 9001:2000.
Ø To plan and supervise Sub-contractor inspection activities and review of Sub-contractor Quality Control performance.
Ø To interface and coordinate with Operations and Clients for Quality Assurance matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
Ø To develop an annual Improvement Plan from results of internal and external audits and client feed back.
Qualifications:
Ø Holding Engineering degree.
Ø 10 years experience in the similar position, especially in Oil and Gas Industry.
Ø Has strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability.
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills.

2. Production Services Manager
Purpose of Position:
Ø To promote and market Company Production Services in Indonesia and South East Asia, i.e. Drilling Services; Work over & Well Services; Well Testing; Coiled Tubing, Nitrogen & Pumping Services; MB Drilling Fluids; Mud Logging; Wire line Services; Completion Services; New Technology & Production Solutions and Equipment Maintenance, Repair & Support.
Ø To develop and coordinate all activities relating to the Company Products and Services in Indonesia and South East Asia.
Ø To build the Production Services business in such way to ensure that Financial aspect and Health Safety & Environmental are important elements of operations.
Ø To develop marketing policies, procedures, programs and plans as are necessary to implement the general policies of the Company.
Ø To develop the long-range marketing planning and execution of such planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø To ensure all Production Services operations in South East Asia are conducted in accordance with the Company Quality Health, Safety & Environmental policy.
Ø To ensure opportunities are identified and keep portfolio of leads before tendering process.
Ø To maintain and develop relationship with international clients to increase both profitability and improve service for customers.
Ø To take budget and profit & loss responsibility, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and other contract terms within South East Asia.
Ø To develop new Production Services type of business.
Qualifications:
Ø Holding Engineering degree, preferably in Petroleum Engineering.
Ø 10 years experience in the similar position, especially in Oil & Gas Industry.
