Commercial Analyst

Ideal candidates should be Engineering graduates / certified Steam Engineers with a minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in palm oil processing.
Candidates with good track records in enhancement of plant productivity and cost control will be preferred. They should be technically strong and must strive for constant improvements in quality and efficiency levels in the mills under their charge.
Required language(s): English.

Responsible :
The incumbent will report to the General Manager and will oversee the operations of minimum 3 mills of installed capacity of 80 - 100tph each.
He should have strong skills in management of oil mills of similar capacities, including production control, productivity and efficiency levels, maintenance, costing and cost control, planning and budgeting, recruitment and training. Exposure to accounting and administration functions will be desirable.

2. DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER (Ref. No. 430057)

Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will assist the Project Manager to plan, lead, organise and control project resources, in human and equipment capital terms, to meet both client and TCI targets in a safe and cost-effective manner. Requirements of this position: “Utama” Indonesian mining certificate is desirable, but not essential; minimum of 10 years in, or about, an open cut mine, with a minimum of five (5) years in a senior supervisory or management role.


General requirements for both positions: Superior inter-personal and communications skills are essential. A good command of the English language.

You will need to bring your expertise to the area to ensure the overall operations are conducted to the highest standards of international good oilfield practice and in conformance with the appropriate legislation and standards.

You will manage the rigs by establishing both production and financial targets and goals that are in line with the requirements of both the client and the Company’s Management.

Your experience will be invaluable in the event of any non-routine activities occurring on any of the rigs by assuming control of the crews and resources available to you to manage the situation accordingly.
